I gave the owner 18 high end items to sell. She sold 5 on eBay. Pickiing up what wasn't sold was a nightmare! The store doesn't always open and close as the hours indicated. She screens calls and doesn't answer. She doesn't respond to Emails. Worst part is she is a FRAUD! Sold my items in January and said it was Feb so she's not paying me till March and lied about how much she sold for. ie....Dior bag sold for $325 (spoke to eBay and the confirmed) she told me she sold it for $ 199.
BTW she lied about ALL the items prices.
If you have stuff with her...CHECK ON eBay. I bet she has defrauded a lot more people who just trust her. If you confront her and her hands shake....well then you know you've been had! Very rude woman, Rosanne!

This store has been around forever. As a long time consignment store shopper, I feel this is a very reputable place to buy and sell quality merchandise. I wish they were open on Sundays, but overall It's a store I would recommend.

I have been coming to this store for 15 years. I have been a shopper and a consigner and have never had a problem. I have done especially well selling my designer bags. Same owner since they opened which is reassuring since so many of these stores come and go

I got there 10 minutes before closing time. The sign in the door said "Open". As soon as I walked in to the store, before I even got to look around, the store employee said (in a very rude tone of voice) "We're closed!"
