I came online to find the link to this shop because my cousin is gown hunting, I read the negative reviews and am shocked!!! My sister, myself and a friend all got our wedding gowns here and LOVEDDD it, loved the staff, the selection of gowns were all so gorgeous, it's so clean and organized, I just loved it. My mom even got her dress here, she also loves this shop. I highly recommend giving this place a shot and do not go by the negative reviews posted. 5+ stars for me!!

The dresses at Sposabella are beautiful! Even though the ones they have are nice, there isn't a large enough selection. The worst part of Sposabella that makes my rating so bad is the people that work there and the service. They were so rude and obnoxious and at times you just want to scream and walk out. The seamstress lies about what she can do to your dress and makes it look like a complete wreck; we had to go to a seperate one to fix what she did to the beautiful dress. Do not buy a dress here. Unless you do not need it fitted or anything done to it at all then do not buy here.

I bought my wedding gown from sposabella last spring and then moved out of state. I waited 8 months for the dress to "come in" when I was told at the time of ordering it would take 4-6 months. I ordered a size 6 and when I picked up the dress it was a size 8. when I questioned this I was told that the designer changed their sizes and the measurements for the old 6 were now an 8. I had the dress altered at another location that sells the same designer and the seamstress asked where I had the alterations started. When I told her the dress hadn't been worked on yet that it was new she showrd me several places that the dress had been altered already. I would NEVER recommend sposabella to anyone!

I had a horrible experience getting my wedding dress from Sposabella. I ordered my dress a year before my wedding and followed up with the shop at least 6 times waiting to hear that my dress had come in. Just 2 months before my wedding they finally said that my dress was in - when I went to try it on it was the floor model of the dress. They tried to tell me that the dress must have been damaged from the manufacturer but instead it was the floor model that had been altered to my size. I later found out from my seamstress. Don't let this happen to you - they shouldn't be in business!
