Happy Customer

I had been trying to buy a used car for months and I did lots of shopping around. I went to several dealers, I went to their websites and I also asked friends and family for advice. I really took my time and looked at all my options. I was most interested in a Nissan Armada so I kept coming back to the Nissan dealers. That's when I bumped into Colonial Nissan. I met Steve from my online requests, then my salesperson Gary who was terrific. I must say it was an easy decision to go with Colonial NIssan. The vehicle that I found online, was in stock, and listed for the same price as online. Once I started working with Gary it was a breeeze and he surely knew everything about Nissan's. The staff was terrific and I was so happy to get a great price and have my search come to an end. The managers were very friendly and the finance part of everything went smooth. I really felt like my time was appreciated and I was respected. I guess that, along with a good price, was all I needed to make the purchase.

LMAO!!

Looks like Colonial Nissan is having a rough 2012! I bought a used vehicle from them in 2011. The day after I bought it, I noticed a few issues. The vehicle was making noises so I took it back and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. 2 Weeks later, the oil light kept coming on. So, once again, I took it back. This time, it needed a new engine. I also had them check the noise again at that time....and again...they couldn't find anything wrong. Fast forward to now....I just had it inspected and at that time, I had the noise checked that it had been making for a year. I was told that it needed some axle work and that it would cost $1000!! WTF??? LOL! So...It's back at Nissan now. I was reading all these reviews b/c I'm not sure how well this is gonna turn out. Technically, they should fix whatever is wrong, being as I had returned the vehicle to them at least twice for this very problem. Will update soon :)

Jason Friedman is an A-HOLE!

I went to Colonial Nissan a couple months ago and had the worst car-shopping experience of my life. long story short...some number weren't working out so Jason Freidman came over to ""solve the problem""...i ultimately told him it wasn't gonna work for me and he responded by telling me to ""get the f@ck outta here""...im not kidding. i started laughung and left. the only reason im writing this is because i see those terrible commercials they have wanted to warn people that this guy is a clown...but im sure you could tell that from their billboards (nothing says trust like 2 car salesmen doing ""finger guns"" at you on 95 south"" (facepalm) avoid these morons like the plague.

HORRIBLE, RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

i purchased a new car from colonial nissan. had it back to the shop numerous times for same problem. went to jason freedman, manager. he said what do you want me to do about it? i told him i need the problem fixed. he told me he had no time for me and for me to call nissan corporate. i told him i bought from his dealership, he said and???
i called nissan corporate, they told me to go to faulkner nissan who solved the problem the first time i brought to them. jason freedman has the sell and screw them later attitude if they have a problem. i will never go there again. i heard many of the same complaints from customers while i waited in the repair shop. look at their bad reviews . i honestly can testify to the fact that 95% of the people i have spoken too about colonial nissan said they would never return. look at the consumer forums about colonial nissan. RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM COLONIAL NISSAN AND JASON FREEDMAN.

DON'T GO

I recently went to Colonial Nissan to buy a used car. The sales staff are rude, and very condacending. The music in the dealership was so loud and annoying. I waitied while they took care of the 2 men who where buying a more expensive car. My family hs gone in there ready to buy a new vehicle with cash-- and have left because they are so rude. Needless to say I bought a vehicle from them , recently inspected, It had to be junked 2 months later. Would never recommend them to anyone . Also very uncomfortable the way they spoke with their own employees, terrible !!!

I got what I wanted

I was looking for a specific used car and I found online that Colonial Nissan had the car I wanted. They were a little further then I wanted to travel, but it was worth it to get the car I wanted. I was pleased to have the online price honored and no funny business when I got there.

Bad business practices

Drove 100+ miles for appointment with salesman at noon on a Saturday to see a Nissan Frontier. Arrived and manager informed us they sold the truck the night before and no one bothered to call us and save us the trip. Wasted our time and gas for nothing. Not the business I'd pick to deal with!

Big Help

My recent experience at Colonial Nissan was the best experience I have had when purchasing a new car. I was not pressured into the purchase and the sales associate, Serge, was very polite and understanding of my situation as far as cost goes. He let me take my time, he answered all my questions and told me a lot I did not know about the car, and did not rush me into buying. When I made my decision he showed me my options of having a higher payment each month or putting money down instead which was a very big help to see options. I will definitely go back to Colonial Nissan for my future cars.

no hassle

No hassle, no pressure to buy something I did not want. Tommy definitely made it a piece of cake for me to buy a new Sentra. Tommy was very detail oriented and knew the vehicle very well. Thank you very much Tommy ! I was also impressed with the managers and the low price I got. I'll be telling my friends and family to go see you if they ever need a new Nissan.

---> :)

I had a great experience at Colonial Nissan. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to my needs, but not rude, pushy or invasive. The overall atmosphere in the dealership was comfortable and it was also very clean which I liked a lot. I would definitely come back for future vehicles and recommend family and friends.

Service Department top Notch

I have been using the Service Department at Colonial Nissan for over a year now and its been nothing but top notch. They get me in and out fast, they don't try to find a million things wrong with my car, they don't try to upsell me on every little thing. I have had the pleasure of talking to the service manager Bill Ricco and he couldn't be a nicer man. If your looking for a good Service Department Colonial Nissan is worth a try, if your like me, you won't be dissapointed.

Run Dont walk!

Run don't walk is exactly how I feel. I have had so many bad experiences in car dealerships in the past but my recent experience at Colonial Nissan was just perfect. I would say run to Colonial Nissan, don't walk because going anywhere else is a waste of time. I visited so many nissan dealers shopping for the best price and service. I found myself being greeted by rude, arrogant people. At Colonial Nissan the staff was amazing and to top it all off the I got the price I was looking for. Thats perfect!

Large inventory

When buying a car int he past, I have learned its best to do your research first, learn what the car is worth, shop around, and take your time before making the decision. I find it hard to locate the exact vehicle I want because sometimes dealers inventories can be quite limited. For the past few years I have been using Colonial Nissan, largely in part of their large inventory and secondly because I always get a great price. I still shop around and do my research, that way when I get ready to make the deal, I am knowledgeable. It cant hurt to shop around, but from my experiences Colonial Nissan does a great job and sure always makes me happy.

Complete rip off and horrible customer service

I am single women who doesn't have the best credit. I got ripped off completely. I paid way more then what the car was worth. I wouldn't recommend any woman go in there without a man. They talk you into circles and confuse you. They are extremely rude. I understand paying a little more then market value but I paid about 6 grand more. I found this out when I went to trade my car in for something bigger. stay away Perruzi Nissan has a way better staff and are fair

Worth the drive

I live in West Chester, PA so I am not exactly close to Colonial Nissan, but I will tell you its way worth the drive to deal with people as professional as Colonial Nissan. I refuse to go to the dealers that are closer to me due to bad past experiences. I am a single women, and all single women know what its like to walk into a car dealership thats most likely filled with men, its not fun. Colonial Nissan doesnt give me that same feeling. I feel like I am being treated, and talked to fairly. Its not hard to make a deal and I dont feel like I have some creepy sales person staring at me. The managers are also very helpful and did their best to lower the price for me considering the first price I looked at was just out of my reach. I am very happy to end up getting the exact car I wanted and having a normal shopping experience. I will continue to drive the distance when I need a new car because dealing with their staff is much more comforting to me then their competitors.

Great Salespeople

I would say from my past experiences I am never too impressed with sales people when I visit a car dealership. I have bought many cars from Colonial Nissan and I have worked with several different sales people. Most recently I worked with Serge, but I have worked with Mark and Tommy in the past. Everyone I have worked with has been professional, honest and met all my needs. I recommend Colonial Nissan to anyone out there looking for a good buying experience.
