      Monica at Citrus is the best colorist I've ever had!!!!! HIGHLY Recommend her!!!!

      I've never been so happy with my hair color, so I sent my sister - who has NEVER had soooo many compliments on her hair, since she has been going to Monica..... she is the BEST!
